Overall a great experience - the care and attention I was given by all staff was 5 star and beyond. Very good team on the 4th floor - really felt looked after and cared for at all points of the stay.

Everything was fine save for my initial reception. I turned up for a 8am CT scan, as suggested, at 7.45am. I was shown to the downstairs reception, but there was nobody there. I was told someone would be along shortly, but the receptionist did not arrive until 8.07am. There was no apology or explanation for being late.

Superb hospital with superb staff: my gastroenterologist Dr Gavin Johnson has looked after me for many years. I have complete trust in him. To see him again in your outstanding Clinic was more than a treat!
